REMOTE

If you are a highly motivated self-starter, and have some experience strength training - our REMOTE customized programs will give you focus and intention as you progress through your thoughtfully cultivated plan. Our coaches design you a 100% custom program based on your lifestyle, fitness level, equipment, workout space, goals, and individual needs. Programs are updated by the week based on feedback received by you, and we monitor your progress as you check off each day’s assignment.

 

ONE-ON-ONE

If you are looking for efficiency and effectiveness in your movements and technique - ONE-ON-ONE coaching will deliver the attention and guidance required when learning new skills and solidifying the foundation of your functional patterns. With respect, tough-love, and a good sense of humor, we will not only create your blueprint, but show you step by step how to attain your individual success and learn to love the process along the way. 

 

DUAL

If you’d like a custom workout tailored to you but aren’t sure that you can self-motivate, our DUAL coaching will offer you the best of both worlds. Your coaching experience will include a fully personalized program with a high level of accountability. In addition to daily workouts, you will have a weekly one-on-one virtual call with your coach for an hour-long coaching session and Q&A. With this built in check-point, we will break down your goals into smaller, more attainable steps that will ultimately lead you to victory. 

 

CORPORATE

If you’d like your team to have increased focus and performance, and reduced stress and fatigue - our CORPORATE business coaching will develop a happier, healthier, and more productive work force. We offer a wide range of health and wellness coaching, including workplace fitness assessments and group challenges, accountability coaching, healthy habit lecture series, and small to large group training.

With a combined 20 years of Personal Training experience, Kris and Kelsey have dedicated hours upon hours of research and certification time. This has formed their passion for perfecting the basics, teaching their clients the intention of each and every movement, and educating form and execution of each exercise.
